To the Editor:
Even though the 300 apartments won’t affect my property value today, where will the next apartments be? Also, the Developer is not giving us free amenities for everyone to use; they are giving away 300 amenity fees which equates to $583,000 per year. This is a slap in the face to every Villager paying amenity fees.
