Team Flash and others are on Earth-1 after Crisis. The characters are making a comeback but they have changed. They come with different intentions. Old foes will turn friends. In “The Flash” Season 6 episode 13 preview trailer, we see Barry arriving in, what looks like, Gorilla City. It remains a mystery why The Flash is in Gorilla City. The trailer also shows Barry in a cage and on the other side is Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) and Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh). But Wells can be seen standing, so this sequence appears to be from the past.
Later in “The Flash” Season 6 episode 13 promo, Grodd (voiced by David Sobolov) appears behind Barry in the cage. From the synopsis, it appears that Grodd needs Barry’s help.
Meanwhile, Cisco (Carlos Valdes) is on a hiatus. However, he is likely to return in this episode. Victoria Park, who plays Kamilla Hwang spoke with Digital Spy about her character and Cisco’s return. “Kamilla from the very start has been nothing but supportive to Cisco, and whatever it is that he needs – for his mental health or anything else – she'll continue to be supportive. And Cisco will be back before you know it. He won't be gone for too long,” Park said.

“Feeling overwhelmed with all the changes since Crisis, Barry conducts an experiment that goes awry and puts him directly in Gorilla Grodd's path. Expecting the worst, Barry is surprised when Grodd asks for his help. Unfortunately for both The Flash and Grodd, things get worse when another villain appears – Solovar. Meanwhile, Iris works with Eva to escape the Mirrorverse.”
“The Flash” Season 6 episode 13 is titled “Grodd Friended Me.” The episode is slated to telecast on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2020 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
