The Renegades

The Renegades are a police force from the 25th century that modeled themselves after Flash's rogues. These are essentially good versions of Flash's classic rogue's gallery. This group is created by Geoff Johns and Francis Manapul and first appears in Flash #1 in 2010. The group formed after Professor Zoom altered the legacy of The Flash and became the most feared criminal in Central City. A team of cops in the 25th century decided to fight back and built costumed identities based on the weapons and powers of the infamous Rogues.

THE OTHER FORCES

Steadfast and Fuerza are two newer members of the Flash Family and are conduits to the cosmic forces of strength and entropySteadfast is the avatar of the Still Force and is able to accelerate the force of entropy, can slow down or stop someone from aging, and it can drain the life force from people. Gorilla Grodd even used the Still Force to stop the universe itself from expanding.

Fuera, Alexa Antigone, is the conduit of the Strength Force and is an anarchist in the South American nation of Corto Maltese where she battles against the corrupt government. Besides having incredible strength, Fuerza can also travel inter-dimensionally, manipulate gravity, and is invulnerable.

XS

Jenni Ognats is a speedster from the 30th century and is a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes. XS is the granddaughter of Barry Allen and the first cousin of Bart Allen, which makes Jenni a member of the Flash Family. XS's powers were at first latent but were activated after the Dominator aliens kidnapped her and she felt threatened. XS has powers like other Speedsters and can run at near-light speeds, vibrate through solid matter, and time travel.

Negative Flash

Dr. Meena Dhawan is a S.T.A.R. Labs scientist who was one of many people struck by a Speed Force storm, thereby giving her the powers of a Speedster. She helped create a facility to help train the next generation of Speedsters and even started a relationship with Barry. Meena is created by Joshua Williamson and Neil Googe and saves Barry Allen's life by absorbing the Negative Speed Force out of Barry's system (which was slowly killing him).

Jai and Irey West

Jai and Irey are twins of the power couple Wally West and Linda Park. At first, Irey's only power was that she was able to vibrate through objects. She eventually gains control of the Speed Force and is able to channel and control it. During DC's Rebirth, Doctor Manhattan removed Jai and Irey from history. They remained trapped in the Speed Force until Wally saved them. Both twins at one point or another donned the "Kid Flash" moniker and have all the powers associated with being a Speedster.

Jay Garrick (New 52 Earth-2)

Not the same Jay Garrick from the Golden Age, this version goes by the name "Jason" and is from Earth-2 from the New 52. Jason Garrick was created by Gardner Fox and Harry Lampert and first appeared in Flash Comics #1, but, in the Earth-2 New 52 continuity, this version is introduced by James Robinson and Nicola Scott, with an altered origin. Jason gets his powers from the dying god Mercury who embued Jason with his abilities. Although he was given his powers by a god, Jason's powers are the same as other Speedsters.

Krakkl

Krakkl is a Speedster created by the powerhouse minds of Mark Millar, Grant Morrison, and Paul Ryan. Krakkl was the imaginary friend of Wally West who communicated with him through the radio. During "The Human Race" storyline in The Flash #136-138, Wally realizes Krakkl is real and comes from the planet Kwyzz and is a race of radio-frequency beings. Wally is forced to race against Krakkl by a bunch of space-gambling aliens. Although they were racing against each other Wally and Krakkl forged a friendship, and only through Krakkl's sacrifice were both their planets saved.

Kingdom Come Flash

The Flash from the Kingdom Come miniseries comes from Earth-22 and is an immensely powerful Speedster. Created by Mark Waid and Alex Ross, this Wally West is a good, moral man who grew up in the American Midwest. He gained his powers through some unknown means and ended up becoming the godlike embodiment of the Speed Force. He's described as being "everywhere at once" and "living between the ticks of a second" as he keeps Keystone City safe by patrolling it nonstop at incredible speeds. This is one of the fastest versions of The Flash out there.

Tangent Flash

This Flash, Lia Nelson, comes from Earth-9, also known as the Tangent Universe. This is an imprint of comics that creates all-new characters using established DC names. This world's Flash is the first baby born in space. She is a fashion model and actress and is made up completely of light. She grows up to become a teenage superhero with her light-based powers and calls herself "The Flash". She can move at the speed of light, create energy constructs, absorb energy, and fire energy projectiles.

Dark Flash (Walter West)

This version of The Flash is Walter West and was introduced in The Flash #150 by Mark Waid and Paul Pelletier. He appeared after Wally and Linda were apparently killed in a fight with Abra Kadabra. To try and save Linda, Wally tried to send her into Walter's reality, giving Walter the idea to travel back to Wally's world to take his place. Walter is an older more powerful and experienced version of The Flash. Walter was unable to save Linda from death at the hands of supervillain Kobra, and this made him a darker hero closer to Batman in The Dark Knight Returns than the traditional Flash.
