The Flash, one of DC's most well-known heroes and fastest man alive, has been part of some of the greatest stories in comic history. Part of what makes The Flash such a great hero is how the writers combine both science fiction and traditional comic stories to make intriguing and fun stories that we have enjoyed for years.
Another thing that makes The Flash such a great comic to pick up is his long list of rogue villains. Rivaling only Batman and Spider-man with unique and intriguing villains, each rogue has their own way of torturing the Scarlet Speedster and each has an elaborate scheme to take him down and take over the city. 12 Captain Cold - Virgo
Captain Cold and The Flash have had a complicated relationship throughout their years of fighting each other and sometimes partnering up. Born to an abusive father, he turned to crime at just 13 years old to avoid his dad's abuse and make a name for himself, all with a code that prevents him from being a total villain.
Don't let that fool you, he is still a ruthless and unforgiving villain with a knack for robberies and carefully planning a heist. As the leader of his team The Rogues, he is like a chess player, carefully planning and executing plans to get what he wants. He is a very detailed villain who plans to the very tee, making him a true Virgo.
11 Top - Cancer
He may not be the most well-known Flash Rogue but he has defeated Barry before and has even figured out his secret identity. Growing up with an obsession with toy tops, he decided to study the science behind the spinning and used it as an advantage once he perfected it.
he's highly imaginative, he's loyal to his teammates and girlfriend (Captain Cold's younger sister), and his tenacity for obtaining power makes him a Cancer.
10 The Thinker - Aries
Many know him as the big bad in season 4 of The Flash, the genius professor with a quest to be the most powerful person in the world and lead a new age of humans in his so-called "Enlightenment". His idea was that we as humans were too dependent on technology and media that we needed to start over with him as our ruler.
Although his comic counterpart never had ambitions that high, he was an opportunist. He was an ambitious thinker and master manipulator that had him on top of the criminal underground and poised a serious threat for The Flash, that needed help from fellow speedsters to take him down. As an ambitious and driven individual with little regard to people on his way to greatness, he is a true Aries.
9 The Turtle - Aquarius
The turtle is Barry Allen's first villain and one that helped Barry become the great hero we all grew to love. Having the opposite powers of the Flash, he can slow down time and siphon speed from others, which makes him stronger and almost unstoppable. He even manages to successfully take over Central City in a dystopian future that Barry helps takedown with the help of an older version of himself.
The Turtle became a villain to the Flash because he was tired of feeling restricted and wanted more out of life. he wanted to be respected as a villain and he wanted to take the Flash's speed in an attempt to be all-powerful. He may not beat you with brute strength but he uses his mind and creativity, much like an Aquarius.
8 Savitar - Capricorn
Another Flash villain fans might recognize from the show, Savitar wreaked havoc in season 3 by killing Iris in the future and tormenting Barry and Wally along the way. His comic counterpart may look different but he is just as ruthless and power-hungry, and just as much a threat to Barry.
In both the comics and the show, he often works alone with only his lackeys doing his bidding. He values his independence and he is an unforgiving, unsympathetic speedster whos only goal is to be the only speedster. As a villain, he is a true Capricorn.
7 Captain Boomerang - Sagittarius
Captain Boomerang may seem like a one-dimensional villain with only high-tech boomerangs and constant sarcasm, but he is much more than that. He is one of the few villains that has managed to almost kill Barry and his unique set of skills make him a target for many villain teams and even the Suicide Squad.
Despite him working with teams, he still prefers to work alone although he makes a good teammate. He is loyal to his country and his charm makes him a fun character to watch/read. His qualities, both good and bad make him a true Sagittarius.
6 Godspeed - Leo
He wasn't always a bad guy, in fact he was one of Barry Allen's closest friends before he let his new powers get to his head and his anger with Barry letting villains live put them at odds. He's a flashy and cocky speedster, practically the opposite of Barry.
He has a twisted sense of morality and enforces them violently by stealing speed force powers, he doesn't care who he kills along the way. There is no way of talking him out because he believes he's right, making him a total Leo.
5 Gorilla Grodd - Taurus
Another regular villain on the tv show, Gorilla Grodd is an intelligent Gorilla with a violent and unstable burst of anger and impatience. He resents his captors for years of torture and looks to take revenge by killing them which of course is a problem for The Flash.
He's strong, smart, ruthless, and passionate about what he wants. He has a soft spot for very few people in his life and his stubbornness to take over Central City makes him a true Taurus.
4 Trickster - Gemini
Similar to the Joker, the Trickster uses jokes and pranks to terrorize his city and thoroughly enjoys the chase and being the center of attention for his work. He takes pride in his tricks and colorful get up and is always thinking of new and terrifying ways to frighten the citizens of Central City.
Trickster is easily bored and always looking for the next trick and heist, he's quick-witted and eccentric yet also calm and collected when it comes to the heist. He is a total Gemini.
3 Mirror Master -Pisces
Mirror Master is one of The Flash's most intricate villains as he is able to travel through any reflective surface and is able to make clones of himself and even has some technical experience. Besides the speedsters, Mirror Master is one of Flash's most well-known villains appearing in live-action, the animated tv shows, and even the DCAU.
Compared to other villains on this list, MM is selfless, often more than willing to get his hands dirty for the benefit of his evil teammates. It's a shame he uses his powers for evil, but he is a Pisces.
2 Weather Wizard - Libra
Weather Wizard is a career criminal who came into power by killing his own brother and taking the wand that controls the weather. He's an unrelenting villain who is bitter about his lack of respect and takes it out on anyone he sees fit.
Libras often avoid confrontation and choose to find a diplomatic solution, just like the Weather Wizard rarely fights The Flash and just distracts him with his weather powers. What makes him a true Libra is his inability to work alone, often working with other villains or family, and his

Arguably the Flash's greatest enemy, Eobard Thawne was once Barry's biggest fan, born 400 years after Barry. He traveled back in time and was horrified when he realized that he was destined to be the Flash's greatest enemy
Responsible for killing Barry's mom, altering events in his life, and killing Iris in the comics, he has been one of the only villains to have truly broken the Flash. He's unforgiving, relentless, and extremely cunning with his attacks. He's quick to anger and arrogant about his intellect, a true Scorpio.
