Some areas have seen significant rainfall over the last 24 hours. Rainfall totals range from 1 inch to more than 5 inches of rain since Thursday morning.

Flooding potential will continue to increase over the next few days as heavy rainfall will continue. A Flash Flood Watch has been issued through Saturday morning across the region. A Flash Flood Warning is also in effect until 7:30 Friday morning for parts of Putnam, Knox, Bureau and Marshall Counties.

Be mindful of ponding water being possible through Friday morning's commute. If you see flooded roadways, turn around and seek an alternate route.
A few periodic showers and storms will be possible throughout Friday morning and afternoon. A greater chance will return later in the evening into Saturday morning.

Chances for heavy rain and thunderstorms will continue through the weekend, with an additional 5-6" of rainfall being possible for most by Sunday evening.
